Events for January 31, 2026

The Museum has four historical buildings, the Ross House which replicates an early pioneer home, an Exhibit Hall with several theme-based collections, a drive shed with implements of the past and St. Aidan’s Historical Church. We have over 2,000 artifacts donated to celebrate local history.

The Whitewater Historical Society/Ross Museum would like to acknowledge that we are located on the traditional territory of the Omàmìwininì (Algonquin People). We thank the Omàmìwininì People and express our respect and support for their rich history, and we are extremely grateful for their many and continued displays of friendship. We also thank all the generations of Indigenous People who have taken care of this land for thousands of years.
